how to make sushi in just 10 minutes

Ing:

Sushi rice:

5 cups hot cooked rice- i'll just say it's prepared na and won't be using japanese rice but ordinary rice instead.

2 cups apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp white sugar

ajinomoto umami super seasoning

Nori sheets

Filling:

2 pcs Tilapia fillet

salt and pepper

green mango thinly sliced

1 piece tomato minced- me

kesong puti- sliced into strips- me

3 itlog na maalat- finely chopped- me

Crab sticks halved- me

Dip:

Kikoman

wasabi powder

Procedure:

1. Mix ingredients for sushi rice. Set aside covered.

2. Season fish with salt and pepper. Fry. Drain on paper towels and cool before slicing.

3. Chop all of the other ingrdients. Slice fish.

4. Assemble nori sheets bottom of bamboo mat. Spread sushi rice over bamboo mat.

Top with fried tilapia, kesong puti, itlog na maalat, tomato and green mango. Roll into maki. Seal by wetting ends of nori sheets. Slice into rings for serving portions.

5. Make a ball out of sushi rice. Top with crab stick and wrap with sliced nori sheets.

5. Serve with kikoman and wasabi paste.



Easy -N- Fast Shrimp Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

3 cups hot cooked rice

1 (11 oz.) can sweet corn, drained

1/4 C. drained and chopped oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, reserving oil

1/2 C. shredded parmesan cheese grated-me

1/2 C Taleggio Cheese grated- me

1/4 C. plus 1 T. slivered fresh basil leaves - me

salt and pepper

450 grams medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Ajinomoto umami super seasoning

Procedure:

1. In large bowl, combine rice, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, basil and salt. Spoon into individual bowls.

2. Cook shrimp on grill, brush with reserved oil from tomatoes. Turn and brush with additional tomato oil. Sprinkle with ajinomoto Umami super seasoning. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are done. Top rice bowls with shrimp.
